The location to Graceland and to other tourist attractions was great! Easy access on and off the highway. The hotel was dated but clean, the way I seen it. The bed was super comfortable not too hot or too soft. Located to a good Mexican restaurant which we did eat at. With the restaurant, be sure to look at your receipt bc they include the gratuity in the price. The room has all the basic amenities and a fridge. At first sight of the hotel we were not sure we made the right choice but it’s fine. It’s also has a lit gated parking lot for the guests to use a code. Very close to the airport and they have a shuttle.

I stayed with my pet. The initial contact with the night attendant was great, very attentive and helpful. He handled the check-in procedure quickly. I was given a room on the first floor, which made it easier to move around with my pet, and it was the last one on the corridor, which shows that they are careful about barking noises from other guests. The breakfast was also very good, with a variety of foods. Finally, the hotel was clean and had good service. It exceeded my expectations.

My wife smelled the aroma of Indian food and he generously packed a portion (plate) of his dinner for us to sample. The crew of cleaners should be given credit for good housekeeping. My wife is extremely particular on cleanliness..and we found no dust on furniture in the room. She was happy.

This was our 2nd visit. The rooms are spacious, and the shower is great. We chose this hotel for the free shuttle to both locations of Graceland and the airport. We didn't have a car. Therefore, we used Uber to get to Beale Street and an area called Cooper Young.

The breakfast was OK. The furniture in the room needs to be replaced. The chair and ottoman were great but they looked like the were worn out. The bed was really comfortable. I also liked that the fridge had a small freezer so I could refreeze my ice packs.
