The breakfast was OK. The furniture in the room needs to be replaced. The chair and ottoman were great but they looked like the were worn out. The bed was really comfortable. I also liked that the fridge had a small freezer so I could refreeze my ice packs.

The room we had was great for four adults.. A few minutes by car to where we were going and close to airport.. Friendly staff…

Love the staff ... excellent service. Special shout out to Ram. He greeted us at the reception desk when we checked in with such warmth. My wife smelled the aroma of Indian food and he generously packed a portion (plate) of his dinner for us to sample. The crew of cleaners should be given credit for good housekeeping. My wife is extremely particular on cleanliness..and we found no dust on furniture in the room. She was happy.

The room was very clean and housekeeping came every day to change sheets and make sure I have brand new fresh towels every single day. Excellent service.

I like the room I stayed in was real clean and was cleaned on a regular basis. Also the staff was very nice and helpful. They also allowed me to check in early than usual because of my flight.

The location to Graceland and to other tourist attractions was great! Easy access on and off the highway. The hotel was dated but clean, the way I seen it. The bed was super comfortable not too hot or too soft. Located to a good Mexican restaurant which we did eat at. With the restaurant, be sure to look at your receipt bc they include the gratuity in the price. The room has all the basic amenities and a fridge. At first sight of the hotel we were not sure we made the right choice but it’s fine. It’s also has a lit gated parking lot for the guests to use a code. Very close to the airport and they have a shuttle.

This was our 2nd visit. The rooms are spacious, and the shower is great. We chose this hotel for the free shuttle to both locations of Graceland and the airport. We didn't have a car. Therefore, we used Uber to get to Beale Street and an area called Cooper Young.

Gwen was lovely on front desk and Dennis the driver was absolutely wonderful very helpful, there was a staff member a driver called Lawrence who was absolutely appalling very rude zero customer service didn't want to pick up passengers absolutely terrible he should not be in the job, after 20 years loyalty to this hotel, this individual has seriously made me think about returning there again, he completely ruined our holiday and almost made us miss our flight home as he didn't want to take us to the airport, he needs to find another job and other customers were saying the same, i really do hope the owner takes notice.

My wife and I stay here anytime we have a flight out the next day due to it's close proximity to the Memphis International Airport. There are many things that we like about this property. Here are a few: 1. The staff is always helpful and attentive to any needs that we have. 2. You get a decent breakfast in the morning to start the day. 3. The room/bedding is always comfortable and facilitates a good restful night. 4. The maids are very thorough and clean well. They are also helpful if you need anything specific. (Extra towels, soap, etc.) 5. For an industrial area, we feel safe at the hotel.
